"We already had ADT at our older location, then the district manager went out of his way to come to our house to ask if we are going to be getting the same service transferred to our home. We appreciate it because we were not even thinking about doing that yet. But when the installation team came, we did not have internet access so they had to come back.
The young guy that came in was very nice and polite. He seems to know what he was doing and explained to us how to use it. The service was professional overall. We have the older model in our old townhouse. We have the touch keypad in our current home, which we like. We also have the remote key and we're thinking about adding the camera as well."
