"We got ADT security service four years ago after there were some break-ins in the neighborhood. The alarm has gone off several times, but, fortunately, each time was an accident. ADT has always responded immediately with a phone call asking if we were all right and if they should notify the police.

On one occasion, when we did not answer the phone, they did call the police who came to check on us. They are also very helpful when we've called to ask about technical issues. We recently upgraded the system slightly and signed another contract."
