"I was going on vacation and wanted to feel secure, so I decided to get the security system by ADT. My service package includes the motion detector and keypad.
I've had a couple of problems and I had to get somebody out to fix the system battery. I had a battery replaced which costs more than I thought it should for a technician to come out and replace a battery. The cost was real prohibitive as far as I was concerned and I thought that wasn't real good. Then I had a telephone line that had a problem and I got a different provider come out and get it back online. But other than that, I'm happy with the system. I've had it for almost 10 years now and I'd recommend it to my friends."
