"My favorite part of the system is the doorbell. I can answer the door away from home and it's great knowing who's at my door at all times. I like it that the system is flexible to accommodate pets if they are present.
I also like it that the alarm is loud enough to be heard but doesn't kill my ears either when I accidentally set it off when I bent down to do some work on the floor and the key fob was pressed down for 30 seconds or longer. The ADT person called me right away to ask if there was an emergency. She helped me figure out how the alarm was accidentally set."

"I used to be with Brinks, which was purchased by ADT so it was an automatic transfer. The rates increased immediately, but as far as the remote attention, it's okay.
Everything that I used to have with Brinks, I got with ADT. Before, we'd get a call from Brinks and they'd ask for our password, but that's not the case with ADT now. If we cancel immediately, there's no call. Also, ADT's reps were friendly and courteous."
