"We upgraded the system and had people from ADT come a couple of times. We've had only good experiences with them. The house we're in right now was a seasonal home.
We weren't living here in the winter and it was really cold. The thermostat battery wasn't working, apparently, and the pipes froze. So we had them put in a new system that would let us know if it was getting too cold."
