"At a time when we were trying to decide on a home security system, we got a brochure in one of the newspapers about a little deal ADT was running. We had always heard that ADT was very good and we got the motion detectors, the keypad, sensors and other basics included in the package we purchased. We’ve been very satisfied with it.
One time, the power was off for our keypad so I called the ADT team and they tracked and said that there was trouble in the area with the power being down. But they also said that they’d have it back and running shortly. Sure enough, once that power came on, it had come right back on.
Then on another time, we were out of town and the alarm went off. Sure enough, they contacted the police and they came to check our house. It turned out that we had left our screened porch door open and the wind blew it, so that was what set it off. But the bottom line is that they jumped on it quickly. We’ve been very pleased and I’d highly recommend ADT. I’m glad to share that we have ADT and that we’ve had a good experience, but I don’t advertise it. A lot of our neighbors see the signs and if others ask then I’d tell them we’re real pleased with it."
