I've had ADT for 47 years. We have all the features they have on the doors and windows. The reps who work there were all fantastic, always courteous and helpful. The installation team was also good.
There was one who wasn’t from ADT, and they had a service where he screwed it up. But when the ADT serviceman came, he straightened things out right away and did a good job. Everything I had with ADT itself was exemplary. They did everything they’re supposed to and they went out of their way to make sure everything goes well. When I had a little problem, they came over quickly and fixed it. I'm completely satisfied."
