"We were talking about getting a security system for some years now. My neighbor has ADT and although he doesn't use it all the time, he was happy with it. I did a little research on ADT and their price was right. The installer was a nice young guy and he was terrific.
He set everything up, cleaned afterwards and everything was done within an hour. It's an easy system to use and we like it. On the other hand, I still haven't received the debit card that was part of the deal. I called them and I've learned that it may have been a glitch in the system. They said they sent me an email with a form I had to fill out in order to get that but I never received it. It was taken care of yesterday and I mailed it to them. Other than that, I'd recommend ADT."
